not exactly as describe
'This is not 'fully lined', just from the ruche waist up is lined. Definitely can't unzip this dress on your own. The ruche waist area is thick so it's harder to zip up/down. This dress fits me perfectly. At 5'2" the dress falls just cover my knees.

This is a beautiful dress. It is so figure-flattering and comfortable! This dress can be worn to the office, or out to dinner and looks great with a blazer! It is so hard for me to find petite-size dresses, and I am very happy with this one. The price is excellent too! It came shipped on a hanger in a nice box; thank you Overstock!
