Sheath Dress
I needed a black dress for a function, and I usually purchase a 10-12. Since the skirt portion of this dress was obviously slim, I decided to order a 16 and have it altered. The 16 was about a size 8. The waist fell just under by bra! The skirt was way too tight. This dress is completely mis-sized.

Should be labeled petite
This dress would be perfect if you are petite. The length was short, the waist was short and the belt fit on my ribs rather than my waist.
