  I like the style and it is perfectly functional: waterproof and breathable which is great. Major drawback: no rollaway hood as it is advertised. I kept it anyways, I often wear a hat in the rain, but it was disappointing. I reckon I may not have purchased it had I known there was no hood. Otherwise, solid shell; keeps me dry.

  I purchased this jacket from Overstock for a snowboarder. The jackets are essential equipment for snowboarders and this jacket had the pockets, the hood, the seams and the breathability and waterproofing that were perfect for my son. I have been looking for an affordable coat for quite awhile and this coat beat my expectations for quality and price.

  This jacket is a very good value for the money. The inner removable fleece is very thick and warm. The only item about it that is a little strange is that if the inner lining is zipped in, you cannot use the attached powderskirt. The style is great for snowboarding!

  So I have only had this jacket for a month, but I have already used it in every possible condition on the mountain from warm sunshine, to sleeting rain, to full blown blizzards with 60mph winds. It does well in all conditions. It is also warm enough with it additional lining to just wear a t-shirt underneath in most conditions. However, when it gets warm out, then you simply remove the lining and open all four of the air vents. I've skiied for 25 years and this is the best jacket I have ever had.
