I was so excited and pleasantly surprised when I received this jacket. The quality far exceeded my expectations. It had several tags that indicated a MSRP of $649 and I didn't doubt that the jacket would have sold in retail stores for that price, so I was elated.......until...... Yes, unfortunately there is an "until"! When I put the jacket on, again I was delighted for a few moments. However, when I looked in the full length mirror, I saw that the jacket puckered at the hem in the middle of the back. My husband and I at first thought that it was from packing and that the puckers would flatten out. I hung the jacket up until morning, but something was telling me that it was more than the packing. Sure enough, I put the jacket back on and nothing had changed. On further inspection, I found the problem. At the hem where the leather attaches to the lining, the lining was too short which caused the jacket to "draw up" in the back. I would have had to take the jacket to someone who works on leather to have it fixed and I didn't want to do that. I would have ordered another one just like it if they had my size, but they didn't, so I ordered another jacket of the same brand. It arrived yesterday and seems to be ok. Overall, I have to say that this is by far one of the finest leather jackets that I have seen. I was very disappointed that it had issues and had to be returned, but Overstock was fantastic with the return process. I'll definitely remain an O customer!

I am 5'3 and normally wear a size 12 (34DD) and I went with a size XL based on the other reviews. It fits perfectly. I suspect this jacket is Junior sized so an XL is really a 12-14. Quality wise it's surprisingly nice for a brand I had never heard of and half suspected I would have to return. It's a very feminine fitted biker jacket (without ridiculous number of pockets, belts, buckles, studs, etc.) but still fits like a jacket and you can wear a light sweater underneath it. The leather is buffalo which means it's not buttery soft like lambskin but it's perfect for cool weather feels like a real biker jacket. It will also get more awesome looking with wear.

I bought this jacket for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. The leather is very soft and it seems like it's quality crafted. Size is a little small in the shoulders. My wife normally wears a medium, but we chances a large and it fits great!

I absolutely love this jacket. It is just the right color of yellow and goes with so many of my other things. The 3/4 sleeves with the fold up ends look very chic without trying too hard! I also love how the jacket is cut, it forms to my body without being too tight, I can easily wear a light sweater under it. I will probably buy one each color!

The only reason why I exchanged this jacket was due to the sleeves. The sleeves are very slim fitting and a bit tight unfortunately. Otherwise, it's a great jacket.

It does run small as already stated, but love the way it feels and looks. Great price!

I was quite upset that my large jacket was very small. I usually buy a size 10-12. I decided that I wanted to get a larger size so I can wear a sweater under the jacket. I believe the "Large" was sized as 14-16. This had to be made in China. That's the only way that someone could make such a drastic mistake in the size. It's VERY upsetting b/c I L-O-V-E this jacket!

This jacket delivers the fit and style that I was looking for. I have a large bust so anything that I buy has to fit me there or it doesn't fit at all, and it fits well and still looks good. The quality of the leather is top-notch and very soft, not pleather-feeling like some of the jackets I 've bought. I highly recommend this.

Just received in mail today and it was the correct fit true to size . Leather is soft and the lining feels warm excited to wear it

When I first opened the package I was skeptical. The leather was stiff and the fit was a bit tight. I wore it for a little while and the leather warmed up and the fit was true to size. If your looking for a light jacket this is NOT the one for you. This jacket has a thick lining for cold weather.

Sizing not true. Too small for stated size of jacket.

Beautiful jacket, just cut too small. The leather is soft and of very good quality and if it were not for the small cut I would not be returning it.

I was astonished that it was such a well-made jacket. It fits very well. Looks so cool with the abstract "zippy" design. Lined to keep warm in cold weather. Plenty of pockets - outside are zipped for protection and 2 personal inside pockets.

This was a lovely leather but the front and sleeves just too tight and the back was too big/loose. I am small, small chest petite person but the sizing is a bit strange. Just did not fit at all so it would not work to order a larger size...as the sleeves were too long already, and the back too loose. I rated it fair just because of the sizing....the jacket was beautiful.

ordered size large feels like a smallish medium, even with liner removed, sleeves are good length, not too long, shoulders fit well, nice thick leather, appears to be well made. didn't care for the collar style as it comes up higher than pictured, uncomfortable under the chin. bought for motorcycle riding but that collar would drive me nuts, returning..

Had to return it-too small for my daughter.

High quality jacket. I purchased for my wife who usually wears a medium, but the fit of the jacket was too large and the weight of the jacket was heavier than expected. Very nice product, but a bit more warm and bulky than expected.

I have been looking for bright colored corduroy jackets for Fall and this one in Teal caught my eye. It is a very rich color of Teal and looks great with jeans or khakis. Love the unique snaps and the detailed pockets on the front. The shirttail hem is also very flattering and accents the waistline and hips. The size small was perfect for my 5'7", 135lb frame. I would love to have this jacket in other colors like orange or red.

I would definitely recommend to a friend. The quality is fabulous but would tell them to size up, the jacket runs very small.

It is important to find a comfortable skirt to wear to the office that is appropriate yet stylish. Skirts are a staple of any wardrobe; they are also one of the most versatile pieces of clothing and can be worn with sweaters, blouses or jackets. Depending on your office dress code, conservative or casual styles may be appropriate, so choose styles and colors that fit into your existing wardrobe. Wear long skirts for cooler weather. While the most popular women's skirts are hemmed around the knee, cold winter months are a great time to wear longer skirts. Formal long skirts, especially those made of silk or velvet fabric, are probably out of place in the office. Stick to cotton, twill or even wool fabrics for a professional look. Ruffles and pleats can also give long skirts a feminine touch. A-line skirts are the best shape for most women because they create a waistline and widen at the hem, balancing out larger hips. Select flattering skirt sets. To ensure your skirt looks as professional as possible for the office, find a skirt set with an accompanying jacket. You can pair the skirt set with any type blouse, including silk, cotton or polyester. For a clean look, wear a skirt and jacket with a blouse that easily tucks in and does not create a bulge or pull around the skirt waist. You can also pair women's skirts with separate jackets if you want to mix up the wardrobe. Choose a slimming pencil skirt. One of the most common and fashionable skirts to wear is the pencil skirt. It pairs nicely with a variety of blouses, sweaters and jackets, making it a versatile part of the wardrobe. The pencil skirt is flattering to all body types, from very thin to curvaceous women. The skirt's silhouette is straight at the waist and narrows at the knees, allowing it to hug all of the curves of the body. Look for a pencil skirt that has a slit or pleat in the back near the hem to allow for increased movement while walking. Find an appropriate casual skirt. Casual skirts can be professional and dressy enough to wear to work. For the office, look for skirts made of cotton, khaki material, linen or even wool to provide a comfortable option. Keep casual skirts mid-length, allowing them to fall either slightly above or below the knee cap. View All Skirts Back to Guides Directory View All Skirts
A perfectly fitted tuxedo makes any man look like a million bucks, but if just one element isn't sized correctly, it can spoil the whole look. Measuring properly to make sure that each element fits is essential, yet many people only measure for the suit jacket and pants. Tuxedo vest measurements are just as important as other parts of formalwear, because the way the vest hangs will affect the look of the entire top half of the tuxedo. Here's how to make sure your total ensemble, especially your tuxedo vest, fits perfectly for your special day.
Bow ties are part of a gentleman's attire for formal white- or black-tie events. These ties -- long ribbons of fabric tied around the neck to form a bow -- are worn primarily with dinner jackets and suits. There are also pre-tied and clip-on versions. The process of tying a bow tie may appear complicated because it requires more movements than you'd expect for such a small accessory. Once you do it successfully, however, you'll see it is a simple process.
