Dress
This dress was truly ugly in person. I couldn't get it returned fast enough.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Dress was much darker color in person.

Ugly
The sleeves were not fitted and looked tacky. They were wide and a little too short on top of it. My husband summed it up when he said it "looks like something you'd wear on Halloween". I like the concept of the dress, but not the reality of it.

Not good enough
This dress is nice. The shape and feel of the fabric are pretty good. But it was tough to zip. You need somebody else to help you with the zipper. Also the color is darker as shown on picture.

bought for a re-union in late Oct. can see many more wearings of this dress. "O" rocks. I always check here first for my dresses & gowns. The phone help is great for questions.

Too much "glitter", too little "glam"
The color of the dress was off; instead of being champagne, it was an awful gold color, with bright brass tones. The shimmer appeared cheap and cheesy-not glamorous or sophisticated. I sent the dress back and would not recommend it to anyone

It looked good in the picture....
Like others, I was attracted to the style of this dress. When it arrived, I tried it on, which was difficult. The zipper was hard to zip and even harder to unzip. The dress was not flattering on. From the picture, I thought the skirt would be fuller, but it is actually very fitted and I don't think I could be comfortable wearing it. Soooo..... Back it goes.

Color not as pictured!
Very misleading! The dress pictured on the website is burgundy. However, the description says the available colors are champagne & black. I ordered champagne, thinking perhaps I'd get the burgundy color as pictured. Not so. It's white champagne, not red champagne. I'm pretty disappointed. Overall though, the shipping time was fast, the dress is beautiful (just not in a color I want) and customer service for the return was prompt and courteous. I just wish the website had shown the 2 available colors rather than the burgundy one pictured.
