OMG!
THESE PANTS FIT PERFECT. well i have to hem them but thats just me being short. i have been trying to find pants to fit me for a while and these are so nice snugg yet not bunching behind the knee... they have just enough give... i'll be ordering more asap

I would have kept this pair as for the quality however the sizing of this brand seems to vary very much

I had to send back they were way too big and extremely heavy material. The bell bottoms were much larger than illustrated in the picture.

Love these pants
By high waist, I believe the description is trying to imply your butt will not hang out of these pants. Perhaps by Junior standards they would be considered "high waist" I just consider them at waist. Beyond that, they are very comfortable. Perfect amount of stretch.
