Misleading
This item is misleading. I bought it to wear to a black tie event, but I was unable to use it. The title states that it is a "chiffon with flower wrap" however it is NOT chiffon, as it IS polyester. The quality is poor and it does not drape, or fall the way it appears to in the photo. I returned this item, for a refund.
