Looks better in the picture
These boots are fairly cheap-looking and not well-made. I was going to send them back but didn't want to hassle with it. I figure that I will wear them as an occasional boot with a skirt or something, or maybe just as house slippers. They look like they would fall apart easily with any kind of frequent use. They weren't very expensive though, but I think you can get a better quality boot for around the same price if you can get it on sale or during a promotion. I have a few Earth boots that I bought from Overstock that I found are a much better quality.

Nice Boots
Nice boots, comfortable and sturdy, although I wish they were a bit taller up around the knee. All material is "faux" in nature, but the price was right and they'll last a season or two!

I have had these for 2 months now. I revieved nothing but compliments on them and eveyone wants to know where I got them. They are so comfortable that I wear them all the time!!

Terrible customer service, shipping and look diff.
I should have paid closer attention to the poor reviews of this product before buying. These boots were a stressful purchase. They did not arrive on time, which was very inconvenient because they were supposed to be a Christmas gift. Then I got a phone call from their customer service representative at 10:30pm which was awkward. They asked me if I still even wanted the boots, and I replied "Ummm yes? They were supposed to be a Christmas gift." So they offered me a small percentage off for the inconvenience. After the boots did not arrive by the second promised delivery date, I gave up on them. They appeared two days later folded in a small box. They are so bent from shipping they cant stand on their own and have a crease up the middle. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and shipping complications, so when I opened the boots and they were not quality product, it just made it all worse. By far this is the worst and most unorganized experience I have ever had with online shopping.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I ordered the black boots and in the picture, the fur on the boots look gray, but its a shiny black. Not as attractive.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The fur seems cheap. They shipped them bent and now they don't stand up.
