This is my second pashmina from this company. I love the animal print pattern and the flexibility that it gives me to coordinate with it. I was a little hesitant about buying this one because of the comment about the odor. When I received mine, I did not have that same problem...but was prepared to air it out anyway. Because of the size of these pashminas, they are very versatile in how you can wrap them and use them. They are a great value.

The first thing that surprised me was the smell, but it aired out. The second surprise was how orange the spots were. They made me laugh. However, overall, it's still pretty, especially nice with a neutral outfit. It balls up really small, but is very warm and the size is generous. The fibers are a little rough, but I plan to cold water wash it in the sink with a little fabric softener to coat the fibers. Compared to other softer acrylic pashimina copies, this thing is really much warmer, so it will definitely be my go-to when traveling. The price is very good if you are looking for fun and functionality. If you wanted something much softer and of higher quality, you can spend $300 at a fancy store. Something like that isn't in my budget, so thanks overstock! I am enjoying this purchase.
I like the print, but the material is stiff and scratchy. It does not feel good around a bare neck. I thought pashminas were supposed to be soft. Seems like cheap, overdyed wool and I cannot tell that there is any silk in it at all.

I bought this as a gift for my step-mother who loves leopard print! It is so soft and feels very well made! I think she will adore it! :)

I read the reviews prior to buying, and have to agree about the initial smell of the scarf. However, I get a lot of compliments on it, and the smell goes away after a couple of days. It may be more the packaging that cause the initial odd smell rather than the scarf itself. I would still recommend this product.
