Modern/Adorable, but runs small in the shoulders
Absolutely adorable coat! Very stylish, different, and modern, but it does run small in the shoulders and arms. I normally wear a size Small in tops/sweaters/jackets, but the Medium in this coat is a bit tight in the shoulders. I'm still deciding whether to keep it or not. It will be fine with just a thin sweater, but I wouldn't be able to wear a blazer or thick sweater. I'm concerned if I size up to a Large that it will be too big in the body of the coat. It is so stinkin cute though! The ribbon in the arms does stretch too which is nice. It will also be very warm in the frigid winters of the midwest. Lastly I was aware that the brown color on the screen was not accurate and it acutally a dark grey (ie. storm), but it is still a very pretty color.

warm and cozy
I like the ribbon trim. It makes it a unique style. I wanted a coat that had a different look to it so I thought going with a gray color would be better then a typical black coat. The fit is great. I bought a large as I am 5'2 and 160 Lbs.

Women's Storm Ribbon Trim Down-filled coat
I had to return this coat and felt bad about it. But the wool collar zipped up very closely around my neck. I tried the coat on several times hoping to be able to overcome the claustrophobic feeling. Finally, I decided that while the coat was great and just what I was looking for in color, quality and style, I wouldn't feel comfortable with the woolen zipped neckline. If you're not bothered by tightly fitting material around your neck, then this is the coat for you.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised because I've ordered 2 coats (Larry Levine) in the past and had to return them because they didn't fit properly. For me, this coat fit perfectly. I live in upstate New York and wanted a replace a down coat that I've used for years. This looks like it will do the trick. There is no hood, but the collar does come up nice & high to keep my neck warm. Very happy with this coat.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color was close to the photo. Definitely a gunmetal gray.

Just not warm enough
A lovely coat, that looks very nice on, even for the size 14/16 I am. But I will return it because it just isn't warm enough for cold days in Boston and I don't want to have to purchase multiple winter coats.

Fashion meets Function!
Two things surprised me after I received my order: (1) the coat is definitely grey, not brown as it appears online; and (2) it does NOT have a hood as the description states. That said, I still love this coat. It's different, fashionable, and warm. I tested it out on a very cold, windy day in NYC and it kept me very warm. Though it has no hood, the high collar helps--as well as the zip-up neck. The quality is impressive, and it's NOT one of those "bubble coats" that are Michelin Man-like. Dare I say that's it's flattering? It's more narrow at the top and then goes A-line to an extent. Great for walking, lots of leg movement. The "ribbons" definitely make it different and stylish. The one annoying thing is that the buttons are not so quick to fasten--the material securing the buttons is faux leather and there's some friction wrapping it around the large plastic button, but I'm hoping that with more use, it'll loosen up. One of the few down coats that doesn't look like I've stepped out of a camping magazine--it's urban and very warm to boot. Function meets fashion (finally!).

Beautiful coat!
Love this coat with its ribbon detail - wore it once and received compliments! Just not quite as warm as I though it would be. Though, in Michigan I'm starting to think there isn't a warm enough coat that exists!
