Glaze by Adi Women's Microsuede Double D-ring Flat Boots

I ordered these boots but received a different (similar) pair one size too large with only one buckle. When I called to exchange them for the Glaze boots I actually ordered they were out of stock, yet still listed as available on the website. Overstock promptly issued a refund and a 10% credit for my next purchase. This was my first attempted purchase from Overstock, I have not attempted another.

I nearly wore these boots out last winter! They are great for keeping my legs warm although not for deep, deep snowy areas.

I love the style of these boots, and I do receive many compliments on them. They can stretch a bit, and it's super easy to tuck jeans into them if you're going for that look. I personally wouldn't wear them with a dress. I have had them for a year and a half now, and wore them frequently through two winter seasons. The zipper has jammed on both boots during the second season right at the ankle, so I only zip them right down to the jam and then force my foot in so that I can keep wearing them. Also, if you're walking in snow or puddles of rain, your feet are going to get wet. They are definitely not water resistant.

I am one of those people that spends ridiculous amounts of money buying shoes that look great but are too uncomfortable or dressy to wear for everyday applications. I bought these as knock-around boots and I have already worn them at least 4 times the week I bought them. They are comfortable enough that I wear them around the house too like slippers. No, they aren't show stoppers. In fact when I opened the box I thought the microfiber "suede" looked shabby, but my 3 siblings thought they were real suede at first glance. The simple beauty is I wear these OFTEN. They look good with skinny jeans tucked in so I wear them when I'm not out to impress and want to be comfortable and stylish without trying - or looking like I tried - too hard.
