The dress arrived in just 48 hours. It has a flattering fit and nice drapey black fabric. The dress is light weight and very comfortable. It can be used as business wear with a conservative camisole and jacket, but can also be dressed up with a nice necklace and bracelet. It iis a very good buy for price especially considering the versatility. There is a 1" decorative self surplice piece around the hem that I wasn't expecting but it does not detract from the appearance of the dress for me. The packaging was a plastic wrap which was a mess when it arrived but the dress was undamaged.

I too am larger on top than bottom. I often find it difficult to find a stylish dress that fits. This one worked out great! Don't be afraid of the packaging... the dress hangs out nicely. I travel as a flight attendant alot. This dress would pack perfectly. IIt fits true to size. Good style for the value.

I ordered a large, and it is a slightly close fit... I'm a size 12 -14, 5'7", my top is larger than hips. If you are hippy, this could be too small. It falls at my knee. It is a nice, classic style that can be worn with a jacket or alone. The "V" neck may need a camisole underneath... depends on you. Material is very comfortable... in that "traveler" type fabric, easy to pack.

I bought this dress for work, it looks very nice over a button up shirt. The fabric is slinky and the garment itself looks shapeless right out of the unfortunate packaging; however it has a very nice shape when worn. It looks very polished on and is not as casual as I had originally thought so it could be worn on a night out just as well.
