Franco Sarto Hobo Bag

I like the size of this purse. It is small, but still roomy enough to fit all my stuff inside. The leather is very soft, and the detailing is pretty. I am disappointed, however, that the entire bag is not leather especially since this isn't mentioned in the description of the bag. The front and back of the bag are leather but there is a strip about 2" wide along the sides and bottom of similar colored fabric. Also, the underside of the strap is made of this same fabric material. I can only assume the manufacturer did this to save money, but I think the description is deceptive, since I really thought I was getting a completely leather purse. Finally, the color of the purse is not quite what is pictured. I bought the "saddle" purse, and the brown seems a little more yellowish than in the photo.

I am a short person, this bag looks big ,but when you take the paper out and put your things in it, it is the perfect size with a nice big opening and really soft leather. I wanted a black on but it was out of stock so I order another tan one because I like it so much. I am very picky about purses and have looked for a long time to find one.

I got this as a gift for my sister as she needed a new bag and asked for one as a gift. This one came and was so much better than I even expected. She loves it. The leather was soft and supple. The compartments inside were exactly what she was looking for and it fit over her arm just the way she wanted it to. I don't know much about handbags, but this was a hit as far as I know!

I've never spent much on handbags/purses; so the decision to spend $70+ on one was 'big' for me. Especially given the fact that I couldn't see and feel this product due to ordering it online. I am thrilled w/this bag! It's a perfect size for this Mother of 3 kids trying to downsize the number of items I carry for said children. I have my sunglasses case, wallet, keys, tissues, personal items, and occasionally my cell case in the main section; and my coupons in the side pocket...and I'm not maxing the space at all.The best part so far: my youngest son's Teacher noticed it the first day I carried it and interrupted a conversation I was having to tell me how much she liked the bag. I've never had anyone compliment my handbag; so I know this was a good choice!The leather is quite soft. I thought I might not care too much for the hardware on this purse; but it's not too flashy at all. The color is a beautiful shade for the Fall/Winter season.I highly recommend this bag.
