This outfit looks very cute on, but runs small and is definitely not a comfortable feeling fabric. The tag says 100% cotton, but it feels very rough. Our 3 year old is tall, but a 4T is small across the chest, and short. I wish we would have gone with a 5T. She does not complain about clothes fitting small or feeling weird, but a child with any sensory issues may go crazy with this dress. The good news... It looks absolutely adorable on her!
