I ordered this hat for my husband. It is a lovely, well-made hat. The reason for the lower overall rating is that the size is misrepresented. Although it is advertised as a Medium and packing slip states that it is a medium, I'm assuming by the large tag lettered S inside the hat as well as the hat's dimisions that it is not a medium, but a small. It is a gorgeous hat, but now it is mine and not my husband's. This hat is advertised as medium, but who is to say what size you will actually get. So when you order this hat, ask yourself if you're feeling lucky...it's a gamble.

We were thrilled with the quality top hat we ordered from Overstock. It arrived on time and the tracking was easy. Everything was efficient and smooth. I was not sure what to expect but I couldn't have gotten a better product if I had walked into a man's formal wear shop and paid top dollar. This was my first purchase with your company. Love it! We need to exchange for another size---but it is well made and looks sharp! Can't beat the price!
