This buckle is WAY too cute! I bought it to wear on New Year's Eve. The belt itself is pathetically cheap, but it'll serve it's purpose just fine (besides, the buckle is worth the price).The little lights are a brilliant white with a blue-ish cast rather than the yellow that shows up in the picture. Love it!
