This is a cute sweater that can be worn as a dress with leggings, which is what I plan to do with it. I think it fits true to size, I'm 5'3 125 and I ordered the M. I usually order M in juniors clothing, in women's I wear 2-4. I found that it is quite forgiving, I have a large bust and the buttons aren't straining to hold on.
