I have to admit, I was on the fence when I first tried it on. I'm curvy, 34DD- and it was pretty low cut on me and I felt like the waist was a little 'short.' I tried it on for my BF and he went crazy-bonkers :-) So I wore it to the opera that night with a little evening bolero, and felt very comfortable and happy in the dress. I like that it's washable. I usually take an 8-10 and the medium worked just fine. I got the purple color, and it's just beautiful. If the waist feels short for you, it will work with a belt or a ribbon ( tried a patent leather belt in black and a black satin ribbon).
This dress looked so pretty on the website but the material is not as "rich" as I expected. The material feels more like jersey knit. The size is true to form and I will keep the item. I feel I paid more than I would have if I saw this item in a store and tried it on.
This dress is a wonderful weight fabric. It hangs well, feels comfortable and looks completely beautiful. I ordered one size up from my normal and this
way it fits perfectly through the rib cage. I normally wear a 4 pants and 6 or small top. I ordered an 8 in the dress and it looks perfect. I would buy it in another color.
I absolutely love my purple dress. It fits me perfectly. My boyfriend and my roommate love how I look in the dress. They say that this dress is one of my best dresses.
