This coat is a GREAT value and is beautifully styled and constructed (upscale designer appearance) but it's designed and cut for a slender body type. You might want the next size up. If you have large, or slightly over-sized upper arms, this jacket may not work for you. I usually wear a medium. This jacket in medium fit my slim arms but didn't provide the roominess I like in the underarm and upper arm area--and I'm slim overall. I kept the medium for a Christmas present and ordered a large for myself. The large fits better and allows for lightweight sweaters to be worn underneath.I LOVE the jacket and wore it everyday on a recent trip overseas. If you have the right body type, order this jacket before they're gone. You won't be disappointed.
I love this jacket! I ordered it in an extra small and it fits me perfectly. I love the way it looks on me, but I must say that it may not look so great on someone who isn't so petite. It may look like it can add on a few pounds if you dont have the right body type. I'm 5'1 and weigh 105 pounds, so adding on a few pounds for me isnt really a bad thing. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Its perfect for autumn!
The coat is heavy and of reasonably good quality, but wow--possibly the most unflattering thing I've put on my body in a decade. Also, only those gifted with extraordinary manual dexterity should buy this coat--the number of buttons it takes to fasten this thing is ridiculous.
