Sweet dress; nice bright, substantial fabric. Runs about a size big. A strange combination of expensive-seeming details (heavy fabric; whole bodice is self-lined) with what seem like cost-cutting measures (bias binding at neck and armholes; skimpy topstitched hem). But it's a flattering dress and, for the sale price, a great value. I bought both pink and marigold and get tons of compliments on each. The marigold is the exact color of a New York City taxi. You will stand out in this dress!
The dress is made of beautiful material and it looks great on a hanger, but it is made with too many pleats so it makes you look a lot bigger than you are. It's a shame because I really liked the dress.
