This is a lovely dress. I actually bought it to wear as a night dress and I love it. My husband thinks it is quite attractive. I have washed it and it washes well. It was an excellent purchase for me.

The colors are more muted than I expected, rather than vibrant and sharp as in the photo, but that's the least of the problems with this dress. The fabric itself is disappointingly coarse and stiff, which results in the skirt puffing out stiffly rather than falling into flattering lines. Worst of all is the low-quality, sloppy sewing. Although it's not apparent from the picture, the edging for the pleats near the arms are done in a messy, crooked topstitch--not only one, but TWO rows of crooked top-stitching that randomly intersect and separate! The crooked stitching is even more obvious since the threads are a LIGHT color on the darker fabric. The edges on the top are simply serged or lock-stitched rather than more neatly turned under. The hemming was so crookedly sewn and poorly done that the fabric bubbles! I ended up cutting and redoing the hem myself to straighten it out. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. I've ordered from Overstock before with much better success, but this is really a low-quality dress.

I am pleased with this dress. I wasn't sure what to expect because most maxi dresses are way too long on my 5'6" frame, but this one is the perfect length. It is very flowy and comfortable, and I like that it is cotton rather than polyester which gets really hot to wear. The material is pretty thin, but it is a good value for the price. I love the bright print!
