  I go through dozens of reading glasses during the year..... leaving them in restaurants or at someone's home. So I always by them in bulk. These are great for putting in the car or wherever I might need a pair. They are not particularly sturdy, but for the price, the are great for great to have on hand.

  The layer of clear platic in-between black adds a subtle design detail without being feminine or overthought. The very high gloss black of the face of the glasses---like a black lacquer ----does not come thru in the photo...but it is what makes these glasses look very expensive. These glasses are urban and smart. They will go great with your MBA.

  I was very surprised and disappointed. I've bought readers in the past from this purveyor for half the price which were twice a good as these. They are not as advertised. I could see that they didn't have "adjustable nose pads," as stated, from the photo alone. But, they don't have "Spring hinges," as stated in the product description either. How could these errors have occurred? My mistake was reading the information as stated fallaciously by Overstock.com.

  I like the imitation (faux) tortoise shell frames. Personally, I think they look is a bit foppish as the frames have a slant to them as in women's glasses, not shown in the photo due to the angle of the shot. It take a real man to pull of the look, in my opinion.

  I've had these glasses for years and love them. This is a replacement pair. The case is sturdy and small. I always pack these glasses in my pocket & take out for reading menus, etc. They take a lot of wear and tear and still unfold flawlessly. The wrong color was delivered first; easily returned for the silver I ordered.
