I took a chance on this because of the PRICE! I need tops other than solid-colored tee-shirts and this was so inexpensive and 100% cotton. I wore it with black jeans to do some errands and STRANGERS in stores complimented me on the top. The picture looks like you need to be flat-chested but I'm not. I got a large, even though I wear an 8 or 10 in a dress - because I definitely DON'T belong in the Junior department of any store. It's not too sheer. I recommend this shirt.
