Evanese Women's Off-the-Shoulder Long Gown

I am 5'3" and 135, I have a 34-36C bust. I ordered the medium and think I may send it back for the small- I am probably just between the 2 sizes and the medium is just a little long on me for a barefoot beach wedding dress. It is more formal than I thought it would be since so many people described it as a jersey type material, but I think it is very pretty. The back is snug and if you have much backfat, you may need a smoother undergarment or slip, since it can show off bra lines. The bottom is a little heavy with a lot of material. I may take it to a seamstress and have her make it into more of a sheath fit, since that is what I wanted it the first place and it would look FANTASTIC if it was a little more column or sheath like. I ordered the cream, it is very pretty.

Bought this dress to wear to an inaugural ball that I never made it to. However I have an upcoming wedding I can use it for. Fit was great even without spanx and I have a bit of belly. I have an ample bosom also so I always have cleavage but not so much that it's distasteful. 5'4" between a 14/16 dress and ordered an XL in Navy. Definitely needs heels due to length.

The reviews and picture looked great and I was excited to find an "off the shoulder" dress, but this dress seemed a little frumpy to me. I'm 5'8, 160lbs, 38C bust and usually wear size 10-12 dress, so bought size large. It fit comfortably, and was very forgiving around the waist, but the skirt part had too much material and was rather heavy, so actually wasn't very flattering on the bottom. Imagine too much material that makes the dress look "pleated," thus accentuating your hips more. It's also a spandex-type stretchy material so looked a little cheap for my taste. Comfortable yes, but classy - no. I returned it.

I purchased this dress to wear to my Vegas wedding. From the front it fits perfectly and is very flattering. The problem was with the back of the dress. I could see EVERY panty and bra line. Yikes! I can't have that when my guests will be looking at my back during the ceremony. To try to remedy this I purchased a body smoother to wear under the dress. This partially resolved the problem, but didn't really get rid of the lines from my bra due to the clingy nature of the fabric. If I was very thin, then this dress would have been great. I'm 5'6" and 135#. I'm probably pickier than most; Other than the cling, the dress was very nice, and I loved the off-the-shoulder detail.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Better than expected. The skirt was even lined!
• How accurate was the sizing? Very accurate. I got medium and I wear a size 7-8. Looks like it could fit up to Size 10-12.
