Just doesn't fit well

Considering it is eva franco this dress just doesnt live up to its desginer. I have purchased other dresses by eva franco and they fit perfectly. They do run true to size but this one runs larger I think.It simply doesnt fit well. The material is cotton silk and I was expecting so much from the fabric. But it looks old and wrinkled.

The material is not that nice. It is straight to the knee.
