This is a very pretty dress the detail on the sleeves with buttons are a nice feature. The material is very soft and it could be worn in cooler weather with some tights. I bought this for a casual wedding to wear with boots due to being in a cooler climate. Bought a XL in Vino and Black to try both. Glad I ordered the XL, I am busty and I don't like things tight this just barely fits me in that area. Because of the empire waist and band of material around that area is not stretchy. It has a side zipper to get in to the dress more easily, it would have been better for me to not have that option as the dress feels tighter around my ribcage. The zipper is temperamental more on the vino color than the black. My husband loved the dress I am still unsure because of the fit in the bust and ribcage. The dress compliments the bust and chest area if you are larger in that area I would consider another dress as it did fit tighter in this area on me.

I ordered the wine color just as a back up to a dress for my company's holiday party. I wore this instead. I got so many compliments on it and it fit great. The only thing that was a bit of a bugger was the zipper. You really have to work to get it to zip fully, as it keeps getting stuck about 3/4 the way up. But once you're in it, you're good to go!

Very flattering style, looks slimming while hiding the tummy. Perfect for wearing to the office or over jeans you can wear this about anywhere. It is jersey so doesn't wrinkle, which makes it nice for travel. The fabric has a slight synthetic sheen to it, so it looks less casual than, say, cotton knit. I ordered the wine-colored version, and mine is slightly snug in the bodice, so if you're between sizes, go for the larger. A great little dress, I wish it came in more colors!

I thought the material was too thin. I do like the length of the dress as it sits right above the knee but I thought it was too much money for the dress and would not recommend it.

I am 5'4'' and the dress is just above my knees. I expected an inch or two shorter. The fabric falls and flows nicely around you. If you wear 36D or higher, I recommend you order one size bigger than usual because the band fits tightly and does not stretch. A very comfortable dress overall.

My only complaint was that the zipper seemed to get stuck mid way up...It fits true to size and looked great on. Good quality dress for the price. Tag on dress said it cost over $200 - Could not see ever paying that much for a simple black dress....

Very comfortable, drapes nicely, but you definitely need a slip under this!
