Gorgeous & Flattering
I bought this dress to wear to a friend's wedding. It is absolutely stunning on, the empire waist gently forms to your ribs in a comfortable and flattering way, to draw attention to your smallest area. I love this dress! The color is rich, a very deep blue-teal, the material is gorgeous and being silk, extremely light and easy to move in.

Lovely dress
A great choice for a bridesmaid dress. All three ladies loved it. It's flattering for both curvy and slimmer shapes, and the silk is beautiful. The price was excellent. I almost wanted one myself, as it would be lovely at a party too.

Beautiful dress, but with imperfections...
Gorgeous color, nice cut, very flattering. The first problem was that it was damaged and there were pulls in the silk in numerous places. But I would have returned it anyway - it was too large on me and I decided I wanted something a bit more modern. Really pretty, classic dress though! Only giving it 3 stars because of the quality.

Beautiful color
I bought this dress hoping to wear it at my wedding and literally gasped when I opened the box, so impressed with the color. It is fantastic, a very rich dark teal with a rich sheen. I am large chested and find the cleavage to be a bit too revealing for a wedding so will trim it at the top.It would fit better on someone a bit smaller chested. Fit very snugly around the waist , loose at the hips, not too wide across the shoulders in back. Pockets in the skirt. The silk is textured/slubby and not very soft. Because the material is stiffer the skirt has a lot of fullness and does not drape softly - perfect for my purposes as I will wear a crinoline underneath anyway but more resembles, say, a taffeta than a chiffon in terms of drape.

- How accurate was the sizing? A bit small. I am a large 14 and got a 16 that fits me quite snugly
