I must admit I bought this dress a year ago when it was closer to $25. I was reading the other review, and as someone with larger hips, this dress fits amazingly. I always get compliments on it when I wear it. It is also fully-lined and well constructed.

The shoulders fit nicely, the fabric feels great, I almost kept it, but it just looks too dumpy because the waist is too high and the hips are at your waist, which just looks terrible. Too bad.
