These shoes are the best. Love the comfort and style..Bought in green and brown..Shipping was fast, BUT, the issue I have is with the service dept, Before the shoes arrived I got a call on them sending another wrong package to my address..they asked if I would return it when it arrived...to call them and get a return label...I said yes, of course...received the package, which was 3 pair of shoes..Had to open my original shoes and the additional box, as not knowing which was which..then had to tape it back up, call and explain that I needed a label, which took forever, cause they didnt know how to do that, as it wasnt a real return of a order...then print it out and take it to a UPS store for mailing...Now, wouldnt you think they would give me a little something for that? A discount or a % off for all the trouble? Some people would of just ignored the whole thing and kept the 3 pr. of shoes ...or sold them....But was happy with the shoes that I did order!! NO problem there!!
