When the shoes arrived I noticed they were very snug, I think they were mislabled, I buy Easy Spirit often and this has never been a problem. I went online to return/exchange and the process was painless, 3 days later I got a new pair and handed the old pair to the UPS guy. I have worn the shoes for a while and they are great.
