I bought these to wear to work and for casual outfits. The leather is really supple in a nice shade of brown. The shoe fits true to size, and the rim of the shoe doesnt press into my feet, which is a plus b/c many bootie type of shoes press the sensitive part above your ankles. The heel is very managable, and the shoe feels very comfy.
