Decent Dutch Costume

After scouring the internet for a couple of hours trying to find a cultural costume for my daughter, I finally stumbled upon this one offered by Overstock. My daughter says the lace on the wrists is itchy, and the costume is larger than I expected. I had to hem 3 inches off the bottom.
