This combo - Mitten w/ glove - was exactly what I needed to keep the cold at bay. They fit well, and are tight at the wrist.
The gloves could be a bit warmer when used alone.
I haven't used the pocket for a chemical warmr yet, but that feature should just add to the usefullness.

They were actually too warm when I used them as one while snowboarding, and it was 15 degrees out! Size was good also. Neoprene pipe/inner glove is not water-resistant at all. Good product otherwise.
