I bought this because I needed a casual summer dress for an outdoor concert. I am amazed at the quality for this price! It is a very nice weight and the pleats in the tiered skirt are so nice. This looks super cute with flip flops, a chunky bracelet, and hoop earrings. I only wish they had it in several more colors because I would buy them all!
