What a gorgeous dress!
This dress is lined and well constructed. The pleated neckline gives it a bit of a retro look. I wore this dress to an outdoor, late afternoon wedding in September and received many compliments.

Gorgeous
I ordered this dress for a friend's wedding. After some alterations (I'm shortwaisted) this dress fit like a charm. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it every time I've worn it. This designer knows how to design for a plus size woman who still wants to be fashionable.
