THIS PURSE WAS BEAUTIFUL, LOOKED LIKE IT IS TOP QUALITY, BUT IT WAS TOO BIG FOR ME. I ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE SURE THE MEASUREMENTS ARE RIGHT FOR WHAT I WANT, BUT THIS WAS MORE LIKE A SMALL SUITCASE. I WAS SORRY TO HAVE TO SEND IT BACK.

The producted shipped immediately and it was exactly what I ordered. I did have a problem where the latch that connected the strap to the loop on the bag broke. I ended up buying a black and silver key chain hook and used that instead. It actually looks really good so there was no issue. Other then that, I have no complaints

Overall the bag is of good quality, a bit larger than what I expected but still good. It was very well packaged, as if I spend a lot of money for it. Need less to say, it was a great gift
