I ordered this jacket a few weeks ago. It came to my house wrapped in plastic in a coat sized box. I thought that was really special because they could have just folded it up and stuck it inside of a smaller box. They really took care to ensure that it arrived in perfect condition. I ordered a size 10 because that is the size jeans that I wear. I have a large chest so I worried that the coat may be a little bit tight. I went ahead and ordered it smaller because I wanted it to be more fitted. I was very pleasantly surprised. I have ordered clothing online before but it always feels like a shot in the dark. This coat looks just as great in person as it does online. I love the styling of it and it seems pretty warm. The only problem that I have with it is that it is too tight in the bust. The top button of the coat hits right at the bust. I have a really hard time getting it buttoned. I am considering getting the button moved over a little bit. The coat looks great without the top button buttoned though. Actually, once I squirm around to get the top button buttoned, it looks great and it doesn't feel to tight, it is just a bit of a process to button that top button. Overall I am glad that I ordered the size that I did because it looks better more fitted. I don't think that it would look as good if it was bigger because of the way that it fits. It is tight at the bust and it then it gets a little looser - kind of like a baby doll top. I love this coat and I can't wait until it gets cooler so that I can wear it!

I loved this coat and had been looking for one that was form fitting instead of bulky since I'm very petite (5'0). I was a little unsure because I had been looking for a double breasted one. I attend college but wanted something that I could dress up or down, as well. I ordered it and I love it! It is warm, feels great, is fitted nicely. I ordered a size 4 giving me a little room if I am wearing a sweater but I could have gone with the size 2 even if I were wearing a thick sweater. It was a little big, but overall I am very pleased! Overstock shipped it fast and it arrived packaged nicely! I would like to get it in the gray color next year! Very stylish and will look great with my scarf! Definitely worth buying!

After returning a couple other peacoats I ordered this one and absolutely love it! I was kind of hesitant due to the other comments but went ahead anyway. I'm glad I did - It fits perfectly, the quality is nice, and looks more flattering on than a traditional boxy peacoat. The arms are a little long but not to the point that they need hemming. Great buy!

I have received tons of compliments on this coat. It is very comfortable and fits true to size. It can be worn casually or for special occassions. Actually makes your waste line look smallers! The collar is much bigger than I had imagine but it gives it a classic old fashion trendy look. The buttons make it easy to wrap up and go. I must say it looks better and more fashionable when worn closed as aposed to wearing it open.

I love this coat!! I have never ordered clothing online and was really worried that it would not fit. It fit perfectly. Others had warned that the collar was bigger than shown, but it was the design. It buttons into a high neck that I love. I couldn't be happier with this coat. I have worn it in very cold weather and it is nice and warm, too.

About a month ago I bought a DKNY Peacoat jacket but I have to admit I have always been a big fan of DKNY which is the main reason why I bought this jacket in the first place! The design is fabulous and fits really well, its actually really slimming unlike some winter coats which are quite bulky and unflattering. What I love about it is that the sleaves are actually long enough for me. Im 5'10 and often have trouble finding clothes that fit me because my legs and arms are really long so I do get excited when I find something that fits me this well!Aside from the great fit, the materials used are of a fantastic quality. The jacket is beautifully made and is really warm and comfy to wear. I absolutely love it!!The only bad thing I can think of to say about it, is that one of the buttons is coming loose but hey! not a big problem, I'll just sew it back on if it gets too loose.The jacket it fab!

I thought this coat was an excellent value and it seems right on trend as far as the styling. I don't think I could have gotten a better value at any store and it is very well made.

Fits true to size; proportion is good, sleeves not too wide, fabric good quality. Colar is big when coat is left open; colar looks best when folded as shown in picture. Saw similar coats going for 350.

This coat is so beautiful, I ordered two; one to wear over a single layer, and a larger size to wear over heavier or layered clothing. I wanted a slightly dressier version of the classic pea coat to wear with skirts as well as jeans. The finishing and lining is beautifully done, the fabric of very good quality. The attendant email correspondence with Overstock was timely and accurate. The coat arrived in a box, on a hanger. I am delighted. I got compliments from three different co-workers the first day I wore it!

I had shopped for some time for a shorter, dressy coat. This is just perfect. It fits beautifully and the fabric and style are great!

I saw this coat last December and had to have it in Charcoal. I ordered a size larger than what I normally wear so that I could wear my bulkier sweaters with it. The coat is beautiful, looks amazing on, figure flattering but.... I apparently have wide shoulders. I tried this on with a very thin shirt and when I went to move my arms forward, I couldn't go too far up, down, side to side. I felt like I had robot arms. I would not have been able to drive my car safely with this coat on, or even swing a purse onto my shoulder. Oh well, back to the drawing board - literally. Does anyone make a stylish coat for the average size woman with wider shoulders? I don't want to buy a mans coat just to have the shoulders fit properly.

This jacket it cute. But a bit big in the waist but you can always wear it with a bulky sweater. But overall i'm satisfied with my purchase, since its warm and cute.

I cant believe my fortune in finding such a nice coat at an amazing price!iwas a little worried about the big collar that other reviews mentioned but the coat is tailored so well and fits so nice, also the collar is great for when its really cold and u want ur neck covered, very classy and stylish indeed!I'm glad i jumped on the deal and bought the coat during the summer,now i dont have to worry about shopping for a coat in the winter when i'd really need it and I would have probably have had to spend double the amount on overstock! thanks.

I have to agree with the other reviewers that the collar is a bit big... but you get use to it. It doesn't look as big in the photo as it is in real life. The material is good quality, it does not feel cheap at all. It will definitely keep you very warm! I wish the waist was as flattering as it looks in the photos. It's not as tapered as it shows in the photo and I bought a size 8 jacket. I would recommend the jacket to anyone. Very classy!
