This dress seemed so elegant in the photo however when I tried it on it did next to nothing for me. The sizing was right on though. An 8 fit just like it always does. If you are short- I am 5'3'' than it is going to fall halfway b/ween your knee's and feet- which does NOT look good! Way too long. The detail along the torso is nice, but if you have ANY bellow fat bellow your belly button than it will look like a little pooch. Not so cute. I returned this dress immediately. I will say though- if you are tall and slender the detail may accentuate your waist and make it look like you have curves, and probably wouldnt be too long as well.

I'm really happy with this dress, it fits nicely, isn't cut as low as it seems, and flatters a curvy figure. I cut the little ties off of the shoulders, though; they made it look a little too girly for my taste.

I have this dress, except the bottom skirt part is cream. I love it- It's so fancy and light weight; perfect for a fancier summer outing. I am 5' 10" and this falls right below my knee, and I love it! It can be difficult to find a perfect fitting dress for me, and I was excited to find this one and to see that it fit!The band in the center is perfect if you are tall to hide a little tummy. The band goes right to my waist and gracefully lays about you, and is flowy when you walk. Plus this dress does not show any panty lines! This beautiful dress is so flattering, comfortable, and is a great price! I am excited I have discovered it :)! I would recommend this to any one and everyone :)
