I was not sure about ordering a winter coat online but it worked out very well! I love the coat: the fit, the length, the material and the warmth of it! I live in Chicago and it gets COLD! This parka is perfect for the crazy winters here!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COAT IS 50 INCHES LONG. I should have listened to the previous reviewer who said the coat was way too long for a petite person. I searched online hoping to find more details on this coat, specifically the length, but came up empty-handed. I decided to take a risk and order it anyway b/c I adore Cole Haan products. Surprise, surprise, it was too long for my (nearly) 5'3" frame. However, the irksome thing was the description on the invoice stated "Cole Haan 50" Snap Front Down Coat." Had those 2 little numbers been anywhere in the description on the Overstock site, it would have saved me a lot of guesswork. Sadly, I will have to return the coat. For you taller ladies, it's a great coat. Was very soft. However, I do question how well the snap front will keep out cold wind.

although i like the material and the way it looks..i have to return. i'm 5'1" and this coat is just way too long on me. it should hid mid-calf to look flattering, but it touches my ankle and even if i wer heels, the coat overtakes my small frame. if you're 5'6" or taller, this is a great coat!!
