The cashmere coat is beautiful but not for a cold winter. It's very light in material-like a fleece. It fit nicely on the top and a little snug on the bottom but that's due to my shape. The large fits an 8-10 in size. I'm looking for a thicker material and am returning it.

I wear a M in short sleeves, but have to order a L in long sleeves. I ordered this coat in the L and I am not disappointed. It fits great, it is warm and I love the styling versatility of the collar.

Great jacket, soft, soft, soft! Holds it shape nicely, looks sophisticated and expensive. I am 5' 10", DD, size 8-10 in pants and the size large fit. It was slightly more roomy than I wanted, but not much. If I wanted it more snug, I should have bought a medium. The problem is the buttons. They fall off like crazy. And, if you lose one, you are out of luck. I took my jacket to the cleaners and had them re-enforce all the buttons AND sew up the button holes. The latter is equally important because there was no "hemming" on the button holes so the buttons would snag in between the material folds and fall off. A couple of stitches on each button hole closes them. In all, I have looked years for a jacket like this. I am very happy.

After reading the reviews that said this coat ran small, I ordered a large ( I usually wear a size Jr. 9-11 or Misses 8). The size L runs large and had I known that I would have ordered Medium, I don't agree with the other comments that the sizing runs small. --- The quality of the coat is very nice, not to thick and perfect for cool Fall days. If I had ordered a size M it would be my favorite coat....now I will just have to wait and see how the large looks with a thick sweater underneath it. Since the coat is being shipped out of country it was to much of a hassle to do the exchange.

This is truly the best coat that I ever owned in my life...it is very very high class, soft, stylish, amazingly warm and very lightweight material...I am size 8 and I ordered in size M and fit is right on the spot...I love the long hair shearling on the collar and cuffs and horizantal hand sticth lacing...Bottom line for the money the luxury does not get any better than that...I highly recommend it over and over again.....

I’m 5’10”, 145-ish lbs with long arms and torso. I purchased a Medium. I feel the jacket is somewhere between “true-to-size” and “a-little-bit-big”. There’s a little extra room which is probably just perfect for adding a sweater underneath. I’m contemplating taking it in to make it a bit more fitted but really, the shape is nice enough to give a fitted illusion. If you have long arms, you may get short-changed here. The sleeves from the shoulder seam are just under 24.5 in. I like my sleeves to come at least to just above my knuckles. So 25.5”-26” would be perfect (hint to Grane for a tall size). I will have the sleeves re-hemmed. There’s only about an inch that you’re able to gain in the sleeves by re-hemming. This coat is stylish. You will definitely turn heads. You can’t beat it for the price. It will be perfect for Arizona and other places that have mild winters which rarely get below freezing. Right now, it’s about 37 degrees with no wind and the coat (with a short-sleeve underneath) kept me nice & toasty walking home. Buy this and hurry cause I noticed the price is creeping upwards.

I was definitely a little disappointed in this coat because I had read such great reviews and loved the style of it. It is beautiful looking, but the quality was too poor for me to justify keeping. The coat's texture was like felt and the stitching was half-finished. Also, I am typically a S/M in coats and even the M was a tight-fit. Had to return the product, better luck next time!

I wear 10, but since I'm loosing weight, I ordered 8 just so it will fit me perfectly when it gets cold. I expected it to be kind of tight. To my surprise, it's almost loose. I want to send back for size 6, but they don't have it in red anymore! This is just really too bad. Other this this, this is a very good buy.

I love this coat. The color is a beautiful rich red. The lines are simple, the fabric expensive looking and it is well made. The shape is very flattering and shows your waist. The length is perfect. I am 5'6 and normally an 8 or medium but ordered a size 10 which fits perfectly. It will fit over sweaters. This coat is perfect for Texas winters. It is not a heavy extra warm coat but more a dressy coat to wear over a pretty dress or nice casual wear. I would definitely recommend this coat to a friend. In fact, I have.

The coat is super cute, but it runs really big! I usually wear a size 6/7 or M in most things, but I got the 6 in this coat and it looked like I was swimming in it. I even tried layers underneath, but it was just too big. The fabric and feel are great, I just wish it was a little more true to size.

Great jacket. I bought it fot the style alone... Love the buttons and the look of it... It's warm (but I live in CA where cold is 40 degrees) As far as the fit, I have wide hips (8 on the bottom/6 on top) and it fits great. My sister-in-law is normal... about a 10 across the board, and it fits her great too... easy to de-lint/hair with a lint remover (I have a white dog), doesn't pill or collect weird lint of any sort, always looks clean. The length is perfect, I have a hard time finding the right lenght in coats.. This one is the best fitting coat I have...

Very pretty color. Other than it being a bit bulky it will do the purpose for my daughter at college. If it was more for me fitting I would give it a 10. Otherwise I give it an 8

The coat is made well, great sleeve length for my long arms but was a little boxier than pictured. I felt it could have been tapered a bit more in the back like it is modeled in your picture.

Material is cheap and itchy. I am normally not one to write reviews to complain but for $$, a jacket from a *** store would have been better. It is heavy. The collar has the inseam on the inside of the collar so if you fold it, you can see it. I expected it to be more sway in how it hangs, but nope. I ordered S/M and the arms are really tight. I am normally a Small or a 6 in jackets and sweaters. I washed it to see if it would soften up and be less itchy, didn't help. I'll deal with it and wear a long sleeve under this.

The style and size are fine, if your size is M, it is better to.get one size up L. However the quality of fur is law. It has odor, that does not go away. Which means the fur was not process well. I returned the coat, because of that.

I am in between sizes 8-10. After reading the reviews I ordered a size 6, (2 sizes down), today I received the coat - size 8! I will be returning it, as it is definitely large - it fits like a large 10, shoulders too big, baggy. Otherwise the coat is nice, I'm 5'2 and it comes to my knees.

This jacket is perfection! This jacket was out of stock multiple times and when it came into stock it wasnt my size! I had to wait almost a month to order it, but trust me, its worth it! It looks great on, Military style with a bit of an edge. I usually wear a M or L depending on how the bust fits due to me having a larger chest. Due to the past reviews, I went with a large and it fit perfect in the bust and at the same time doesnt look too big in the waist. Everytime I wear it I have atleast one person tell me they love the jacket, most asking where I got it. The jacket feels great and looks like it should be a $200 jacket. DO NOT PASS IT UP- this jacket is something you would regret not buying!

I have been looking for a 100% Italian cashmere coat but they were all over $1000.00 I took a chance and was delighted by quality and workmanship. I bought the large size 42. I am 5ft. 7 and it covered my knees. I am a size 4 in pants but an 8-10 in jackets . It is not meant for fierce winters but for travel back East I plan to use a leather jacket. I don't like coats that are too heavy so this was perfect for me. It is a classic elegant timeless coat. I am wondering about the brown color which looks more like Rust and would love some reviews on that color. I may get another one.

It is a very well constructed coat, a bit light weight so more for fall than a harsh Canadian winter, unless well layered. I'd say the fit runs slightly large; I'm 5'7", 160lbs, and normally wear size 10, but I could have easily gone with size 8, and it would still have plenty of room for layers. The color is definitely not like the online vibrant red, which was the deciding factor for this purchase. The coat is more of a raspberry than orange-tinged red, and it is not a monitor color distortion (I work with graphics so am acutely aware of the color distortions, and have a top of the line monitor for my work). On a not so happy note, my coat has a flaw... there are two, about 1.5mm, black dots on the front of the left sleeve, about 2 inches apart. I'm wondering if the coat was "seconds"; there are no other flaws but these dots are quite visible and, if I saw this at the store, I'd probably not purchase the coat without significant discount to the price tag. Other than that, no complaints.
