  I was very disappointed with the rhinestones on this clutch, I had ordered another clutch and was so pleased with the quality, but I will be returning this one. - customer service has been excellent however.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? color of clutch good but stones look terrible
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. rhinestones llook very cheap and dis-colored, poor quality

  So I ordered this clutch for my wedding day to match my dress... the color matched perfectly, but almost immediately after I took the purse out of the package, one of the main rhinestones popped off. Luckily I was able to retrieve it. I tried to use a hot glue gun to glue it back on, and when trying to place it in its "holder", I could tell it was crookedly glued into it in the first place. It wouldn't stick, and after several tries, the metallic backing of the rhinestone peeled off, so that by the time I finally used crazy glue and got it to stick, it wasn't as shiny as the other stones.... All in all it did the job, and I was able to hold the things I needed for the wedding. My reception had low lighting anyway, so nobody really noticed or was looking. If I hadn't ordered this last minute for the wedding and I had more time, I would have returned it for an exchange. I was happy with the fabric & the color (I got the champagne color).

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality of the purse itself was pretty good. One of the rhinestones popped off right when I took it out of the box though & it was crookedly glued on to begin with.

  It's a great purse, very stylish. Highly recommended to friends.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color was not what I had ordered. I ordered the 3 tone shades and got a brown instead. I'm returning the item.

  It is advertised as medium blue and looks deep blue online. When it arrives it is actually baby blue. VERY FRUSTRATING. Now I have to pay to ship it back.
