Great boot
Great boots, but the calf does run a bit wide. I have average sized calves, and while my legs weren't swimming in them, there is quite a gap. Love the boots, in any case, since they run true-to-size and can easily be dressed up or down!

Just your average boot
Other reviewers were disappointed in the circumference of the boot. I admit that it could be maybe a half-inch smaller. The boots don't fit great with leggings or tights, but they are fine with a pair of jeans. They also feel a bit cheap, not quality leather. The wedge heel is rubber so they are really comfortable for walking, and can be dressed up or down. I've been searching for the "perfect" black boot for a long time, and while I'll wear these in the meantime, I'm still on the hunt for a better pair.

Very Very comfortable
very accurate. I wear bet 7 and 7 1/2 and the 7/12 is a little loose but not uncomfortable, especially since i need to wear with thick socks for the winter

sexy cute and comfy
Excellent, well made boots. A little heel, comfortable and elegant, and yes sexy! The leather is slighlty pebbled, and good quality. Well-designed to hug your legs from ankle to knee, no gapping, sagging or puckering. Sleek fit. My only problem was with the metal zippers- they run up the inner calf, and they made a loud clicking noise as I walked, replaced them with a longer plastic pull that I tuck inside the zipped-up boot, problem solved! If you dont want to do that, still livable, but the clicking noise drove me crazy....
