Poor quality but they look good
I love the look of these shoes but the heel tips broke off the first time I wore them. Overstock was very good and said to return the defective shoes. I opted for a replacement pair. They do look great. I got a defective pair the first time and hopefully the next pair will be better. These shoes are very comfortable also. Keeping my fingers crossed about the quality of my replacements. Overstock is great about keeping their customers happy so I am willing to take a chance.

Only looks good
The shoe looks cute enough. The quality of the leather makes it more of a shoe to wear to work on casual Fridays. It feels very uncomfortable when you start walking in these shoes. The sole part of the shoe is a hard plastic. So, you walk like Frankenstein. Also, the back part of the shoe is a little too wide. This combined with the unbendable sole part makes the shoe slip off when you try to walk. I wanted so much to make these shoes work. I bought the heel inserts and wore thicker socks, but in the end, it was just too uncomfortable to wear. Yes, it seems like a good deal, but don't waste your money.

The soles are awful
The shoe was beautiful until the sole of the shoe. The soles are made of solid plastic, the type of plastic that is made prom water bottles, I was both disgusted and dissapointed by this, this was not clearly stated in the discription otherwise I would not have purchased the product.

Very poor quality
The shoes are cute but the heel pads broke off after 1 time wearing them. i didn't even have them on for 2 hours. Overstock was wonderful about it and paid to return shipping and gave me a full refund. Thanks Overstock!!

High heeled loafers by Chinese Laundry
I am please with the product I received. Lately I have been having a hard time finding fashionable, affordable shoes that are still made of leather. $40 for plastic shoes seems ridiculous to me. These Chinese Laundry Benito Black loafers are comfortable, very stylish and real leather. I would buy this brand of shoes again.

Comfortable shoes, poor quality
The shoes look and feel nice. During the first day I wore them, the plastic/rubber "sole" on the heel came off, exposing the white plastic of the heel, leaving the shoe dangerously slippery. I can't wear them until I have the heel re-soled. I was disappointed in this shoe.

Heels are cheaply made
I ordered the shoes and had them on less than five minutes when I noticed black stuff all over the floor and discovered that one of the heels had totally flaked off. I returned the shoes and asked for a replacement pair and the same thing happened to this pair as well. I would not recommend these to anyone. The manufacturer really needs to improve the heels on these shoes because the are beautiful and very comfortable.
