Wrong color of purse was sent.
The purse was beautiful unfortunately the wrong color was sent. I called and spoke to Customer Service and they were very nice. They were unable to send the right color because it was out of stock, so I returned the purse. If they had the right color I would have been very pleased with the purse. My overall experience with Overstock.com was very pleasant, and I will use them again.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The wrong color purse was sent. Brown instead of Black.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality was really good.

Not worth the price
I was looking forward to this designer bag as it iis not common as the other designer handbags around. I was quite disappointed with the quality of the leather. Although, it was soft to touch, it felt "flimsy, " and the inner lining looked and felt cheap. The leather straps were great and the exterior stitching was well done. Overall, it was not worth the price. I will definitely return this item.
