I ordered this bag to take on my honeymoon. Unfortunately, the strap was not sewn securely enough and it tore apart as I was walking through the airport upon our arrival! We spent nearly three weeks with this rugged but busted bag. As soon as we got back, I contacted Overstock.com. They quickly resent a new one, before they even received the damaged one ... it was a nice customer experience. The issues with the first bag aside, I'm very happy with this product. The stitching looks to be firmly fixed on this one, and the rest of the bag is of a nice quality. The previous commenter is correct in saying that this bag is huge ... you can fit a TON of stuff inside! I use it as a carry-on whenever I travel, since I can easily throw a laptop, miscellaneous cords, wallet, magazines, a light jacket, etc. It also works well as an overnight bag, since you can fit everything you need in it.
This tote is very well made. It is huge, though -- several inces taller than I expected. Due to it's size, it is great for traveling, but be aware -- the shoulder straps are not padded, and cut into the shoulder if the bag is heavy.
