Buyers beware. If your designer handbag purchase does not have a red security tag on it when it is shipped to you, notify Overstock immediately. I just went through a maddening experience with the Overstock legal department demanding that the company provide proof a Fendi bag had a red security tag on it when it left the Overstock warehouse because it did not. The staff finally provided me a photo, but the Fenid bag in the photo had no red security tag. This should have been a simple return and refund made within 3 days of the date the item was received. But I ended up expending an inordinate amount of time defending my position. The custoemr service representatives were not helpful, and irresponsibly denied the accuracy of their photographs. Finally, someone in the legal department using common sense resolved the matter. I decided on this style of the Burberry bag because it matches a Burberry duffle bag wit the same Burberry pattern. The match is perfect. I am very pleased with this product.
