Under product details it says this item is non returnable if the red security tag is removed, but in the shipping & return tab, it says this item is non returnable unless there was an error on the companies part. So what is the actual return policy on this bag??? reginalv1 on Dec 30, 2012

The picture shows on your website of the bag looks like a fake one. The mark is upside down on first two pictures and should locate in the middle on the third pictures. I seriously doubt Overstock selling fake stuff. angelatt on Dec 20, 2012
