I am a Brooks shoes customer, love them. This is the first time I ordered anything other than CDs from your site and I decided to order shoes (although I usually like to try them out first). But with Brooks shoes I am very confident that they fit correctly, so I ordered what I thought were running shoes based on your brief shoe description.However, this model is a Trail Shoe, not a running shoe (as stated on their box). Although I am very happy with them, I a little disappointed with the incorrect description.Also, it would be very helpful if you can provide an image of only the sole for your athletic shoes.Thank you for 'listening' to me.

These shoes are great! I went from another pair of Brooks to these and they're just as comfortable as the first pair! Not all Brooks feel the same. I had ordered another pair from Overstock and had to return it because it was stiff, but after over a year, I'm still wearing this pair and they're still in awesome shape!

I ordered these shoes thinking they would be great for running. I was quite disappointed after my first run. The shoes are too heavy for my feet. I decided to keep them because they are very comfortable for walking and to wear while doing chores around the house, but they were just not the right running shoes for me.

I can't pass up a great deal on a good brand of running shoe. I bought a pair of Brooks for my hubby from the "O" last year, and he loves them so I thought what the heck. I have small but wide feet and brands like Nike do not fit me at all. Although this shoe is narrow, It is shaped perfectly and feels very supportive in all the right places. I am looking forward to trying them out at the gym tonight.The color is Reflective metallic grey, not white as it appears in the picture but I don't care because I have another pair like that and we often ride bikes or walk the dogs in the dark so the reflective material is a plus. I am a true 5.5 but I always order a 6 in athletic shoes to allow for expansion during a workout and keep from smashing my toe nail in to the shoe when making abrupt stops playing tennis. I would say these run a half size small as the 6 feels like a 5.5 and my right foot being a tad bigger feels a little more crowded in the shoe and I wear thin athletic socks so my advice is to order a half size or full size larger than normal.

I have been wearing Brooks running shoes for the last six years and I've never been dissapointed. I bought this pair as a Christmas present, so my review is largely based on the comments that I received from the gift recipient: Comfortable shoes with a neutral platform; runs a little big and has an especially wide toebox (to be fair though, the gift recipient does have the tiniest of feet); and is a little more gray than pictured, but sill fairly stylish. The gift recipient is very happy with the shoes!

The Brooks Women's 'Adrenaline ASR 5' Running Shoes are the best running shoes I have purchased. Since having knee surgery, my orthopedic surgeon recommended another brand. I purchased them but they did not seem to give the support I needed. I recently wore the Brooks Women's 'Adrenaline ASR 5' Running Shoes just to do some errands, Those errands turned into four hours of walking about. But when I returned home my feet and knees felt great! Big difference from the other shoes. They also support me very well during my gym workouts. Also, I just ordered the "Switch" style.

Yup...suggested by podiatrist...reviewed this model and others online by me...searched for better deal than O-stock...couldn't find a better choice to care for my injured foot...helped me maintain workout schedule without doing further damage to plantar fascia...

I was searching for a running shoe in Academy store, after trying every running shoe that I liked the appearance and didn't like the comfort, I found a Brooks one, but they were lack of my size, so I searched online to find it in a half size bigger. This is the cheapest website I found, at least 30$ you save and the shipping was very good and I received it on time. I like this specially the color is perfect for winter time when dirt is coming from everywhere.

I usually buy either Avia, Reebok or Saucony shoes. I have tried many different brands but have not been happy with the overall fit or comfort of them. Initially they feel ok - not perfect, but workable. But as time goes on, rather than comfortably conforming to my feet, they get uncomfortable.. I purchased the Brooks basically on a "take a chance" basis... wanting something else. Honestly, I didn't even recognize the name. I read the reviews and the information and decided to go for it.The Brooks shoe has been a nice surprise. First of all, it provides great support. I walk a lot and these shoes feel good on my feet. They did from the first time I put them on. I've taken them on two trips where my husband and I did several hours a day of walking around and they have been great.

It's hard to want to put on any other shoes. They feel light and have great support; all though I would recommend going up a half size.

This is a great trail and road shoe. I walk everyday at least five miles and go through shoes pretty quickly. This shoe holds up very well and still looks good after several months. I highly recommend it.

COMFORTABLE sneaker but I'd definitely suggest you order 1/2 size larger. My last pair of Brooks was 10.5 and snug, so I purchased size 11 this time around and it's a better fit. Color and shape is true to picture. I like these a lot. I purchased them for walking and general wear, but they are very sturdy so I think runners would get a lot of mileage out of these!

The "Fits true to size" box is only rated 1 star because there are never any widths of the shoes listed on the ads. IT SURE WOULD HELP. thanks.

I love the shoes. The only reason for not giving a 5* rating is because they run slightly small. I just don't wear my heavier socks with them. They didn't come in the larger size so I ordered my true size and gambled with the fit. Previous reviews did say they run small.

Brooks shoes all run small so instead of a 7 1/2, I ordered an 8 and it fit perfectly. The shoes are a great value for the money.

My daughther loves these shoes. She has had a few pair already but this is her first ASR. She thinks they help her fun faster and in Cross country season now, that is important!!! Love the deals!!

I've tried other trail shoes and this one is the MOST comfortable and stable one out there. Great value!

These are fantastic running shoes! They are great running shoes for anyone with shin splints.I get shin splints really bad and I have been looking for a pair of shoes that support my feet well enough to prevent the shin splints, and I found them.
