I just ran my first half marathon in these shoes. Only the 3rd time I've actually worn them too. This is my second pair of Brooks shoes and so far so good.
I have been running with Pearl Izumi's for quite some time now and wanted to try something different. So I tried the Ghost and this is what I think. The shoe is extremely lightweight with above average cushioning on the heel and average on the ball of the foot.. The heel to toe movement is not as fluid as I would have like but the shoe is still a good shoe. Great value however, I will not use this shoe for any run longer than 6 miles. Great short distance running shoe!
