Sent the wrong model and have yet to refund I was looking for an inexpensive and yet elegant pair of comfortable black oxfords to wear to work for a business casual look. I really liked the design from the included photos, but to my disappointment, when I opened the box, it contained a different model from the one I ordered. More than that, it was a model I already own, although in much better quality and craftmanship. Other than that, the shoe seemed of the right size (even though I did not even tried it on), but it smelled of very cheap plastic and stank up the whole room when I opened it. It probably had to do with the fact it was brand new and enclosed in a sealed box for a while. I am sure that after ventilating it a while, it would have gotten better. However, since it was the wrong model, I immediately returned the item to Overstock. Now, it has been three weeks already, and Overstock has not even acknowledged having received the item back. Personally, it is 0 and 2 for me with Overstock. I am unlikely to shop again from such a company with such poor work ethic and mediocre customer service.
